Howard Mannella is Principal Resiliency Strategist for Expedia Inc., the world's largest online travel agency. He drives efforts in Business Continuity, Crisis Management and Emergency Response across the global organization, designing and implementing recovery strategies, conducting exercises and providing expertise and guidance to business areas on Business Resiliency issues. Previous to Expedia, he was a senior delivery manager for a BC/DR consultancy on the East Coast, leading efforts in analysis, strategy design, implementation and maintenance. He provided leadership in incorporating rich media into high-touch high-impact Table Top Exercises. He implemented programs for clients in Banking, Pharmaceuticals, Defense/Aerospace, New Media and other industries. He has been a featured speaker at numerous conferences. Prior to his BC/DR experience, he spent much of his career in management consulting, guiding organizations on business transformation and merger/acquisition integration. He started his career on Wall Street. Mr. Mannella resides in the Seattle area (when not residing in airport waiting lounges and hotel rooms) |

Chanteé Fatt currently holds the position of Senior Program Manager at T-Mobile in Bellevue. She has over 7 years of experience in business continuity, safety and emergency management. Chanteé has a BA in Social Sciences from the UW, is a CBCP, PMP and enjoys working on cross-functional projects. Chanteé has been a volunteer with the Red Cross of King County, where she served as a Community Disaster Education Coordinator for two years. She currently serves as President of her Home Owners Association Board of Directors and Vice President of Public Relations on the TM2 T-Mobile Toastmasters Club. Chanteé is enthusiastic to serve as co-webmaster for the ACP WA State Chapter. Please reach out to her with any questions or ideas for future meetings. |

Bob Posey is the president of Allied Business Systems, Inc. Allied has two operating divisions, Computer Classrooms In Seattle and Business Continuity Center of Seattle. His primary areas of focus within BCRP are helping and hosting clients to execute their IT recovery exercises, corporate workgroup recovery strategies and small/medium business recoveries. Bob has a bachelor-of-science degree from California State University, Sacramento and an MBA from the University of Oregon. |
